Produces brilliant, lustrous transparent colors and glazes. Holds precise lines and strokes during alla prima (wet-in-wet) techniques without feathering or bleeding. Non-yellowing. Completely compatible with conventional oil painting materials; however, it will not convert conventional oil colors into water-mixable oil paints. For best results, it is recommended that one add 1:1 of water equal to MAX Quickdry Medium to mix in with paint. Not recommended for use with non-Grumbacher Water-mixable/mixable painting materials.
